3.18 Michael Main, SP TEX lol both of u got schooled by peter, id have drafted him but i am officially off of texas pitchers Kevin's endorsement is enough to embarrass Peter into rescinding this pick I'm sure. Why draft a reliever if you can get off waivers any time you want anyway? ;D

Pretty tough to do either with just one plus pitch, mook. Main might be small and light enough to hang from Peter's rear view mirror but unless he enjoys the essence of fart it aint gonna be long til he opens the window and chucks that turd.

Main, one of the top two-way talents in the 2007 draft, could have been a first-rounder as a hitter but was a definite first-rounder off the bump. On his best days, he will pitch 95-96 mph and hit 98 mph, and on his worst days, he will pitch at 92-95 and hit 97. His power curve has a sharp downward bite, and he is becoming more consistent with the pitch, while his changeup also is showing progress. He is a superb athlete who probably could serve as a fifth outfielder in the big leagues if the manager were willing to be clever with his bench. Main repeats his delivery well, and with improvement in his command and secondary pitches, he has a shot to develop into a No. 1 starter. Right now, he projects as a No. 2 or 3.
Ranked the 46th best prospect in baseball.

I'm not sure where the small part came from but Main is 6'2" and weighs 175 lb at 19 years of age. Walden is 6'4" and weighs 180 lbs at 20 years of age. Neither is small and both are projectible. I've not critiqued anyone else's picks because at this stage in their careers, that's a mug's game. Walden may walk more batters than he strikes out at the moment but that can easily change.
