Due to the previous Indians GM's abrupt disappearance (and seemingly quitting the league) around the end of the RFA process, we have a new GM Bill taking over the Indians going forward.

RFA bids due 2/14
RFA contracts must be matched or passed by 2/18
FA will start 2/21
MiLB draft will begin early March

Note: Due to this being leap year, we had decided to start the Draft on 2/29 (today) instead of wait til 3/7 -- we normally wait til 1st Saturday in March.
