Since there have been no real objections (either public or private AFAIK), the LO (after some internal discussion) has decided to go ahead and allow this one-time leniency on this late posting, so Nathan will be part of the RFA process.
Apologies for the late follow-up confirmation here...
Please do note though that you may bid as low as 1 year (by default) since the posting did not stipulate a minimum term requirement for bids.

Blue Jays offer 3 years- 8.7m average annual salary
The Dodgers offer RFA Joe Nathan an AAS of 5.9M/year for 2 years.
Nats offer $6.5M (for 1 year by default)
Twins offer 5.5M - AAS (for 1 year by default)
Rangers offer $5.2M AAS 2 years
Brewers offer 3.6 million (for 1 year by default)
