Dodgers waive Angel Pagan and remain responsible for 1/2 of his 3-year contract, ie. 1/2 of 430K, 400K, 400K for 2014-2016.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation (totaling 400K still owed) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
