Dodgers waive Chad Billingsley and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2017, ie. 1/2 of 900K, 1.5M, 2.1M, 2.1M for 2014-2017.

Ack! Somehow missed noticing he had another elbow surgery at mid-season or might've bought him out before the lumpsum deadline instead.
