Dodgers waive Joakim Soria and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2019, ie. 1/2 of 430K, 400K, 400K for 2017-2019.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation, which was reduced by the Rockies' signing, (totaling 200K still owed) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
