Dodgers waive Trevor Cahill and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2021, ie. 1/2 of 400K, 400K, 410K, 590K, 700K for 2017-2021.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation (totaling 850K still owed) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
