Apparently, by default, Fantrax does indeed allow 2-way players to be used as either pitcher or hitter on any given day (as long as they are eligible based on the usual rules, etc), but not both on the same day. So a team will be allowed to choose to play Ohtani as either pitcher or hitter each day for our league.
There are other settings to allow 2-way players to do more than just that, but unless there's a lot of consensus desire to do so prior to our 2/7 tags deadline, we will just stick w/ this default to keep things simpler (and probably also not give too much value to them).
