Dodgers waive Danny Salazar and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2021, ie. 1/2 of 7.64M, 6.64M, 15.4M, 15.4M for 2018-2021.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation (totaling 17.92M still owed) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
