Due to the Nationals GM being unexpectedly missing, the LO designates Yasiel Puig as the Nationals' 2019 RFA w/ a minimum contract term of 5 years on its behalf.

Dodgers sign Yasiel Puig for AAS of 8.9M/year as follows:
2019 - 12.4M
2020 - 5.4M
2021 - 6.9M
2022 - 8.9M
2023 - 10.9M
We will waive Ryan Yarbrough to open up a roster spot for Puig.
