Dodgers waive Derek Dietrich and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2021, ie. 1/2 of 400K, 430K, 400K for 2019-2021.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation (totaling 200K owed that was reduced since he signed w/ the Mariners) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
