Dodgers waive Kyle Gibson and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2021, ie. 1/2 of 1.8M, 2.5M, 1.1M for 2019-2021.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation (totaling 550K owed as it was reduced since he signed w/ the Pirates) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
