The Astros and Cubs have agreed to a sign and trade with the following terms:
Astros agree to the hometown discount of $10.2M AAS for 2020 thru 2024 for Byron Buxton and send Brusdar Graterol 2020 thru 2023 $2M/yr to the Cubs.
The Cubs agree to the following yearly breakdown for Byron Buxton and will send Mike Foltynewicz 2020 and 2021 $1.5M/yr
