Is there any way to get this through today, or do we have to wait for approval from the league office? I would like to get Lamet's start.

Approved.
We normally wait 2 days or so to approve in-season trades (and longer during certain offseason lulls), but due to the much shortened season and related circumstance, etc, the LO has agreed to reduce that (normal) wait time to just 1 day (in general) going forward for rest of this season.
