If he is a Prospect dont you just get him until his protection is up or do i still need to list details, if so i want him for the max amount of years at AAS of 305K

If he's a MKIA prospect, then yes, you get him until his protection is up, starting at the winning AAS bid (ie. 305K/year) until the following year after he exceeds the career limit for MKIA prospect status. After he loses MKIA prospect status, his salary will be the higher one between the winning AAS bid and his real life MLB salary.
