Rangers sign Windsor as a prospect for 350K.
FYI, he's still a prospect in MKIA since he hasn't reached the criteria entering 2007, so you get him as a prospect at 350K until he loses that status. After that, you get 3 years of protection at real life MLB salary (or the 350K, whichever's higher). If you waive him during the season while under protection, you only owe him 1/2 for that season.
