I have another 16-team dynasty-like points league (run on Yahoo) that's looking for 2 new GMs. The league is free and has been going for ~5 years now -- 2009 is the 6th season. Rules are mostly simpler than typical dynasties, and we do not use actual salaries, but just defer to the players' real life FA status to determine keepability, ie. you can keep a player as long as he has not officially become FA in real life. Notable FAs in the draft pool this year include Manny Ramirez, Mark Teixeira, CC Sabathia, K-Rod, Adam Dunn, et al. And the draft process is designed to heavily favor weak teams who have very few solid players worth keeping. The points system is based on a pretty solid sabermetrics formula for offense, which simulates runs created, and is reasonably well balanced from the pitching side w/ something that roughly resembles runs prevented. The system is well balanced and has been in use from the very beginning w/ almost no need for adjustments. It looks complicated at first glance, but actually works out fairly simple and true to life and yields very tight races every year. Have a look, and if interested, let me know. htfbaseball.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=rostersThe available teams are: * Hounds of Hell* Center for Ants * Chavez Ravine Thanks for looking...
