I see where in CBS you can click on "History" and then "2011" to get a generic final standings. However, I was wondering if anyone saved a copy of the complete standings with a full granular look at how teams did in each category. Or is there a way to get that full standings report on CBS now? Help!

Took me a couple of minutes but I found it.
Click on Standings. Click on Year which is under the bar graph/pie chart icons. Click on 2011. Voila.

Wow. The options for previous years don't show up until you click "Year." No wonder. Ridiculous. And it's not even under "History."
But thanks for finding that! Much appreciated.

Yeah, the CBS "History" section seems to be more about best/worst performances and records (and so-called "awards") than actual complete history. Odd that the yearly breakdowns in that section have this opening statement even though it's far from being complete, especially in light of the separate "Standings" section:
Anyway, it's also quite odd that the yearly history has spots for listing league champ and whatever awards, but doesn't bother to fill them w/ the league champ as a starter -- not that it's a big issue or anything to us of course.
Anyhoo...

Just for kicks, I went ahead and set up the league champs in that History section. Looks like we can opt to upload our own trophy logo/image for the league champ, if desired -- and this "trophy" shows up in your team page's "trophy case" and next to your team's name in certain other places.
Maybe I fiddle around w/ this stuff a little bit more and see what else we can do w/ it...

Hmmm... The CBS history/awards allows for custom awards.
Given our setup, maybe we should do a Most Improved Team award and have that be voted on at the end of each year?
I'll also add a League Runner-up award to match what we have (in the basic info for each team's subsection) on this site.
Anything else of interest to y'all?

Do we ever decide on trophies? Could be a lot of fun.

I think Andrew was referencing one of your earlier comments:

Heh... Nobody else said anything, so I didn't pursue that further.
FWIW, in the early days of these salary dynasty leagues, there was also the idea to have an actual/physical, travelling trophy w/ each successive league champ engraved on it -- and maybe have something small to give to each champ to keep. But that idea never got very far.
Also, last year(?), CBS started sending out a bobble head figure (holding trophy) to the league champ, so I now have one lying around here somewhere -- that is, if my 5-yo didn't break it already... ;D

Anyway, I'm certainly up for running an annual poll for something like most improved team/franchise of the year, which would not necessarily be based on standings given the nature of this kind of league.
