The Giants offer RFA CC Sabathia an AAS of 13.5M/year for 4 years
Tigers offer CC Sabathia a 4-year deal AAS $10M
The Angels offer RFA C.C. Sabathia an AAS of 12/year for 4 years.

Per emailed instructions from Rays GM, Jon, the Rays match the high bid on Sabathia at the discounted $11.475M/year for 4 years to be spread out evenly across the contract.
