The Giants have until 2/3, Friday, at 6am PT to complete the signing of Morneau.

Giants sign Justin Morneau to the stated contract of AAS $6.3M/year for 5 years ($31.5M total).
40% of $6.3M is $2.52M (for determining max/min yearly salary).
