Expos offer $550,000 AAS for 5 years
Dodgers offer RFA Philip Hughes an AAS of 1.6M/year for 4 years.
The Giants offer RFA Phil Hughes an AAS of 4.05M/year for 4 years.
Tigers offer Phil Hughes a 4-year deal AAS $3M
The Angels offer RFA Phil Hughes an AAS of 5.2M/year for 4 years.

Expos match the offer and with the discount, we sign Hughes to a 4 year deal at $4,420,000 AAS spread evenly.
