The Rays have decided to shed some payroll and make some roster adjustments by sending:

Adrian Gonzalez $17 Million 2012, $10 Million 2013 & $11 Million 2014
David Price $4.4 Million 2012
2nd round pick

to the Twins for

Yovanni Gallardo $5.5 Million 2012, $7.75 Million 2013, $11.25 Million 2014
Adam LaRoche $500,000 2012-2014
Emilio Bonifacio $4.1 Million 2012 & 2013
Jedd Gyorko $350K (PP)
