After some long negotiations, the two teams have come to an agreement. The Orioles will send Ryan Howard 09:$15M, 10:$19M, 11:$20M and our 3rd round pick in the 2009 MiLB draft, to the Marlins for Ryan Garko $446,100, Dexter Fowler $510,000, Phillipe Aumont $300,000, Juan Pierre $6.25, $6.25 and their 2nd round pick in the 2009 MiLB draft
