In a continuing effort to help the Halo's piss poor P staff, the Angels have agreed to send FA Pedro Feliz to the DBacks in exchange for FA RP Scott Proctor.

In addition to being a needed RP (despite being a despised Yankee), Proctor is a "local" boy relative to the Angels' Vero Beach headquarters.
