Dodgers waive Todd Coffey and remain responsible for 1/2 of his contract thru 2014, ie. 1/2 of 1.2M, 1.2M, 800K, 1.2M, 1.6M thru 2014.

Dodgers complete the buyout of the rest of this obligation (totaling 1.4M still owed) w/ one lumpsum before the season begins as allowed by rule 6.2.iii.
