Due to popular demand, the following changes are noted:
1. Each GM may post 2 FAs in a period
2. GMs are NOT required to bid on the players they post
3. There is no longer a need to post an "Intent to bid"
Other rules remain the same.
1/30/07 ADDENDUM: Please note that we also plan to go back to enforcing the salary cap limit for FA auctions as we used to do (unlike the situation w/ RFA auctions) effective immediately. You will not be allowed to exceed your 2007 salary cap in FA auctions -- winning bids that put you over will be invalidated unless you also mention exactly how you will stay under your cap if you win (and it's not good enough to just say you'll make a trade unless you've actually made/posted that trade by the time we announce winners). So please prioritize your bids, especially if you are getting close to your cap (and roster limits).
We will also enforce salary cap limits (w/ a moderate over-the-limit headroom that's yet to be determined) for future years so you cannot go nuts backloading contracts.
WARNING
No bids will be accepted from any GM whose Team Roster Page has not been correctly updated.[/b][/color]

Can someone update the UFA list? It doesn't appear to have last weeks transactions included on it.

I'll do so but I would not count on the completeness of the list.
